Fundvert is a workspace for companies managing advertising budgets, funding requests and financial records. Adding money to a Fundvert wallet and funding an advertising account are separate operations. A wallet deposit does not automatically increase an advertising spending limit.

How funding works

  1. Check your company and account

    Sign in with your own account. Check the company, advertising account name, currency and your financial permissions.

  2. Fund the wallet in tenge

    Create a wallet deposit request and follow the payment instructions in your workspace. A submitted request is not confirmation of payment.

  3. Check the credited amount

    Once payment is confirmed, check the wallet balance and any commission assigned to your company. The percentage commission is applied at wallet funding, not again when funding the advertising account.

  4. Request advertising account funding

    Select a connected account. Review the amount in tenge, the conversion rate and the resulting account-currency amount shown in the form. Check rounding before confirming.

  5. Verify the final result

    Funds may be reserved during processing. Check the final request status and the advertising platform result before submitting another request.

Wallet, reserve and spending limit are different

Wallet balance
Company funds recorded in tenge inside Fundvert. This is not the balance of Meta, TikTok or Google.
Reserved funds (HOLD)
Funds allocated to a request while it is processed. Check the final status before trying again.
Spending limit
A restriction on spending within an advertising account. Increasing a limit and paying the advertising platform are not necessarily the same operation.
Remaining limit
The available portion of the limit after spending in its current limit period. It is not necessarily comparable to a separate 30-day spending report.

Questions before your first top-up

Is there a second percentage commission on account funding?

The company-assigned percentage commission is charged when funding the Fundvert wallet. It is not charged a second time when moving funds to the advertising account. Check your company’s terms and the quoted conversion before confirming.

How long does funding take?

Completion depends on payment verification, account access and the advertising platform response. A request or reservation alone does not mean the spending limit has been updated. Use the final status as your reference.

Can I fund any Meta, TikTok or Google account?

No universal availability is promised. First confirm the specific platform connection and account permissions with Fundvert, then use an account available in your workspace.

What if the request fails or the balance differs?

Check the request status, account access and connection. Contact support with the request number, account name and operation time. Do not send passwords or API tokens, and do not repeat the request until its outcome is known.
